Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Tetrad (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The service
Tetrad is an iOS application for planning and logging workouts, tracking body weight and progress, and viewing training statistics. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
Subscriptions & billing
Tetrad offers auto-renewing subscriptions ($55/year or $10/month) following a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before they end.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not separately process payments and cannot issue refunds directly; please contact Apple Support for billing disputes.
Your account & data
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID used to sign in. You retain ownership of the workout and health data you enter. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Health disclaimer
Tetrad is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the App and perform any exercise at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury or health outcome related to your training.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetrad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
